How to rent a bike — simple and flexible
Everything you need to know in 5 easy steps:
  • Book the way that suits you
    — On the website — use the booking form and select your size and travel dates
    — Or simply message us via WhatsApp or Telegram with your travel dates, height, and any preferences — we’ll reply quickly
  • Confirmation & advance payment
    We’ll check and confirm availability of the bike and gear,
    coordinate the logistics of your trip, and send a link to pay a 50% deposit
    (secure online card payment)
    Once payment is received, we’ll send you an official booking confirmation.
    We’ll also ask you to provide:
    — Full name
    — Email
    — Phone number
    — Photo of your ID or passport
    — and we’ll send you the rental agreement in advance to review.
    It will be signed when the bike is handed over.
    💡 If your plans change, just let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to find a solution.
  • Handover & final payment
    When you receive your bike, you’ll pay the remaining 50%:
    in cash or
    via link (card payment)
    A €300 security deposit per bike is also required:
    in cash, or
    as a temporary hold on your card
    🚴 Bike delivery is available at a location that suits you — your hotel, airport, train station, or right at the start of your route.
    📍 We don’t operate from a physical office — all bookings and deliveries are handled online and at your convenience.
  • Support during your trip
    We stay in touch throughout your journey —
    ready to help with routes, answer any questions on the road, and assist if any issues come up.
  • Bike return
    We’ll arrange a convenient time and place for bike return in advance.
    We’ll meet, check the bike, return the deposit, and gladly exchange stories about your trip.
    💳 If your deposit was held on a card, it will be automatically released within a few business days (depending on your bank).
